Persuasive Writing- Why we should eat more vegetables

Why We Should Eat More Vegetables
I think we should all eat vegetables.

Vegetables are good for our health. I eat vegetables and so should you! Lots of Veggies contain Vitamin A, which if you don't already know. Vitamin A is a group of “unsaturated organic compounds”.

In my opinion, all vegetables are really compelling and are a must for our health. Lots of people don't like vegetables but that's their loss. Some veggies are considered the healthiest food source in the world. For example, spinach is considered a superfood because of all the nutrients and the low calories it contains.

For this reason, I think we should all eat vegetables because they contain lots of vitamin A and C. Vitamins like A and C help our body in many ways, for example, vitamin A helps our normal vision in order for our eyes to work better. It also helps the immune system. All vitamins help our heart, lungs, kidneys, and other organs to function better. Unlike vitamin A, vitamin C is quite different. In the human body, vitamin C acts as an antioxidant. Helping to protect organ cells from damage, caused by free radicals.

Vegetables also help you to become fit and healthy. If you eat vegetables daily you will notice that you are better at the sport. That's because all the nutrients in it help you be fit. It will also help you lose weight and it could encourage you to try the vegetarian diet.

In conclusion, I think everyone should eat veggies every day because they make us really healthy. Even though they look gross and most broccolis reminds you of trees. They are actually great for our bodies. So that's why I think we should all eat our veggies.

What changed between WW1 and WW2

What changed between WW1 and WW2
WW1 and WW2 were constantly being fought over Land and rulership.
Even though many wars are the same there are many differences between
the two. During 1914 and 1945 these wars were continuously being fought.
And because of the impact of the first world war, many things have changed.

While WWI was fought in the trenches, by using machine guns and
poisonous gas to defeat the enemy. WW2 was much, much different. WW2
was fought using modern artillery and machines. They also used more
airplanes, ships, tanks, and submarines to attack the other side. In WW1
they used completely different weapons to defeat the enemy compared to
WW2. During WW2 they used a lot of machinery and air bombing.

Unlike WW1, WW2 didn't use trenches and there was a lot more deaths
because of this. During WW2 lots more people died because of the lack of
shelter and protection. But in WW1 they had trenches to protect their
soldiers. Even though the soldiers during WW2 didn't have as good
protection as the soldiers who fought in WW1. They didn't have to deal
with all the nasty diseases like trench foot and deadly gases that entered the
trenches.

WW2 was fought because of the German leader Adolf Hitler, who was
trying to take over the world. Unlike WW2, WW1 was fought because of
the attempted assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand. The reasons for
these two wars being fought are completely different. The reason they are
so different is because of the causes. Because of this, they used different
methods. For example, WW1 used trenches to their advantage and used gas
to defeat the enemy. The reason for them using this is because of the cause.
It was more like a plan of revenge, rather than a war.

In conclusion, now you can see why WW1 and WW2 are very different.
The way they used weapons and the methods they used to protect
themselves are not the same. Some had to deal with illnesses. Others sadly
just died of injuries in war.

How Did Trench Warfare Work In WW1

How Did Trench Warfare Work In WW1
Trench warfare was used back in the olden days to protect soldiers from being
shot at from the enemies. Many people used trench warfare during the war
because it was one of the best ways to defend themselves. It was also used in
WW1.

Trench warfare is a type of land warfare using occupied fighting. Large
military trenches were a type of way to defend, in which troops were protected
from the enemy's firearms. And were sheltered from shots. Lots of wars
including WW1 and WW2 used trench warfare as a way to protect troops from
their enemies. They were also created to lessen the number of gases that
entered the area when war was fought.

Even though trench warfare was a great way to shelter many soldiers, many
got illnesses and health problems. During the war in the trenches, it was very
muddy and uncomfortable. During that time many soldiers got trench foot.
Because of the low amount of hygiene in the trenches, trench foot was very
common. Soldiers who got trench foot most likely were to lose their toes.
Most of the time soldiers who contained it had to go home and many died.
On some occasions, more soldiers died of a lack of hygiene rather than the
actual war.

Trench warfare was very important during world war 1. It was used by both
sides, to protect from gunshots. It also provided some sort of safe place during
the war. Where the soldiers couldn't relax but they could feel safer, rather than
being out in the open with no protection from the enemy. They were also
created to try less of the number of gases that would cause major problems for
the soldiers. Lots of soldiers had to go back to their country because of the gas
that entered their lungs.

Trench rats were a big problem in the trenches because they were always in and
out of the food storage room. Lots of food went missing and it worsened the
hygiene in the trenches because sometimes the trench rats even ate the soap.
These trench rats could easily grow as long as your foot and even bigger.
Sometimes when soldiers died in the trenches the rats would come along
starving and gruesomely at the eyes out of the dead corpses.

In conclusion, trench warfare was used in WW1 to protect and come to the
soldier's advantages during the war. Even though it provided great shelter many
diseases like trench foot and evil gases flooded the trenches. Causing many men
to go home.

How A Penguin Survives In Its Environment

How A Penguin Survives In Its Environment
When you think of penguins you probably think of cute cuddly little balls of fur.
Even though on some occasions that may be true, there's a lot more you need to know
. Like how they adapted to the harsh environment they live in.

Penguins are a group of aquatic sea birds. They live mostly in the southern
hemisphere. They also have special types of lungs that make them be able to drink
seawater. Like all other birds, penguins have feathers. Penguin feathers are short and
overlap themselves to keep the penguin warm. They are also densely packed. The
outer feathers are waterproof and the inner feathers keep an insulating layer of air,
keeping the penguin warm in the freezing water when it goes to catch food.

Over millions of years, penguins have adapted to harsh environments that sometimes
change because of climate. Scientists say that most reasons penguins are still around
are migration. When a penguin migrates they go in flocks. The main reason is usually
for nesting, or to go to places that preach their survival needs. Over summer ice will
melt and it may get too hot for the penguins. This is why they migrate, but when
winter comes they will eventually return back.

To retrieve food a mother and a father penguin will take turns getting food from the
ocean. While the other looks after the chick back on land. When the mother/father is
back from getting the food she/he will feed it to the chick. As well as feeding
themselves, then they will switch over. And the whole process will restart. Penguins
have large throats which makes them able to hold enough food for themselves and
their chick. A penguin's mouth is lined with stiff spines that point backward. That
makes it harder for squid or other fish to escape.

Penguins are a protected species but they are in danger because of many things.
They are hunted for their oil, skin, and feathers which is one of the most common
ways for a penguin to die. Another reason they are endangered is because of habitat
loss. A lot of lands is lost every year as human society grows. Most cities are being
overfilled with people, and they are fixing that problem by taking away animal
habitats.

In conclusion, penguins are very intelligent amphibians. And have gone through a
lot to get to where we are today. They have managed to survive 50 billion years of
climate change and other dangers. But are still endangered today by overfishing and
being used as bait.

How To Be Responsible Online

My Explanation About What You Need To Live In The Antarctic

What You Need To Live In The Antarctic
The Antarctic is a brutal place for species that have not adapted. And going
there all of a sudden without being properly prepared could be life-threatening.
The Antarctic has many dangers and most of them could knock you out cold in
about three minutes. With that here are some things you MUST do if you think
you are ready to survive in the Antarctic.

The Antarctic is a Huge continent spreading over 4.5 million square miles.
And the average temperature is -60° that can easily cause frostbite and
hypothermia. It also comes with many dangers, like unsteady crevasses and
cracked ice. As well as deadly weather and predators. Although there are not
many predators, they still are wary because they could become aggressive if
they feel in danger. So make sure you try your best to avoid these things.

Avoiding these things is only a quarter of things you need to do if you want
to give living in Antarctica a try. Having the right supplies and correct gear is
definitely needed. Make sure that if you're bringing diesel or fuel make sure it's
antifreeze because it could freeze and won't be so useful after that. Bringing the
right type of clothing is a must because of the temperature and weather.
Clothing like leather on the outside and wool on the inside is great because it
will keep the cold out. Pants that are similar to that are great as well because
they will do the same and keep you warm. A warm hat, gloves, and socks are
good as well because they will decrease your chance of getting frostbite or
hypothermia. You also might want to bring snow boots so that traveling will
be a bit easier, or a snowmobile.

No trees or plantation is found anywhere in Antarctica so bringing food wise
things that you can re-grow like plants is a great idea. But you're going to need
power and warmth to make the plants grow. To produce the power you could
use solar panels that get the rays of the sun and turn it into power. Then the
power could help you to start up some heaters for a base so that you don’t get
hypothermia overnight. It's also free, with no costs involved. Water shouldn't
be a problem though because the ice in Antarctica is half freshwater and the
rest is salt. All you need to boil it so the germs in the water will die.

In conclusion, these are some of the main things you will need to have and
do if you think you are ready to face the harshness of Antarctica.
